Holy Down Under, Perm-Woman–this sounds like the adventure of a lifetime! I have always dreamed of going to New Zealand and it has been at the top of my travel list for 15 years. I am hoping to make it happen in the next few years and would love to hear what you love best there. I will be fascinating to hear your take on permaculture today in Australia compared with SOuth Africa, New Zealand and the U.S.
